Tube Ice Making Process

※ 1Cycle : average 12minutes [freezing 10min, harvest 2min]  




1. Tube-ice is frozen on the inside of vertical stainless steel tubes by refrigerant circulating in the surrounding shell.

2. A film of water falls from the top of each tube, freezing from the outside in.

3. As the water freezers, salts and impurities are washed back to the pumping tank for automatic removal. 

4. When the ˝tubes˝ of ice have frozen to the desired thickness, the cycle is reversed and hot gas from the condenser is introduced into the refrigerant in the shell, releasing the ice.

5. The Tube-Ice falls into a rotating cutter which cuts uniform ice tubes to desired lengths.

① The Freezers in ANYICE Tube-Ice machine provide for easy clean-ability and     corrosion resistance through the use of high-Quality stainless steel for water and ice contact surfaces. The design of this most important part contributes to the efficiency and low cost of operation.

② Water Circulation Tanks are two models which house the cutter of stainless steel are designed to cut into regular size using stainless blade. Small (ANH1000, ANH2000) model is cutter of slide type. Large (ANH3000, ANH5000, ANH10000) model is cutter of rotation type.

③ Compressors of the highest quality and reliability are selected to produce the optimum ratio of compressor capacity to freezing surface for production of the highest quality cylinder ice.

④ The Controller is designed to ideal performance and conditional maintained through automatic inspections and operation using a PLC.

⑤ LCD console can be monitored operation status and occurrence of easy general inspections and A/S.
